About Me

Helping Individuals & Organisations Navigate Change with Confidence

Hi, I’m Jessica—an Organisational Psychology practitioner and ICF-accredited coach, originally from Sweden, with most of my career spent in the UK and the MENA region. I’m now based in Dubai..

I support individuals and organisations through change, helping them build resilience, strengthen decision-making, and grow with clarity and purpose—whether in life, leadership, or both.

My coaching is rooted in psychology, informed by lived experience, and tailored to each person or organisation I work with. I believe that change, when supported with insight and intention, becomes a powerful catalyst for growth.

My path into coaching began during my MSc in Organisational Psychology, where I became deeply interested in how people adapt through uncertainty. Years later, during maternity leave with my second child—mid-pandemic—that interest evolved into a calling. What began as a personal passion became a career in coaching with purpose.

Before coaching, I spent over 15 years in international education and leadership roles across Europe and the MENA region. That experience shaped my deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics, high-stakes decision-making, and the human side of professional growth. It continues to inform my client-led, psychology-based coaching approach today.

I work with individuals seeking clarity, confidence, and personal growth—and with organisations ready to develop people-first leadership, cross-cultural capability, and future-ready teams.

My Background & Qualifications

  • ICF & EMCC Accredited Coach – Providing internationally recognised, professional coaching.

  • MSc in Organisational Psychology – Birkbeck University, UK.

  • BSc Honours in Psychology – City University London.

  • PCC-Level Coaching Certificate – Optimus Coaching Academy, UK.

I integrate my academic background with my real-world leadership experience, ensuring that my coaching is both scientifically sound and practical.

My Coaching Approach:
Practical, Personal & Psychology-Backed

Coaching isn’t about quick fixes—it’s about creating real, lasting change. My approach is grounded in Organisational Psychology, Positive Psychology, Decision Science, and Neuropsychology, but more importantly, it’s designed to meet you where you are.

  • It’s Client-Led – Every journey is unique, and coaching should reflect that.

  • It’s Science-Based – Rooted in research, but practical and applicable.

  • It’s about Mindset & Action – I help clients shift perspectives while providing the structure to move forward.

  • It’s Supportive but Challenging – I create a safe space for exploration, but I also challenge clients to think deeper.

Beyond Coaching

Outside of coaching, I love staying active, exploring new places, and constantly learning—things that fuel my curiosity and keep me inspired. Whether it’s travelling, reading, or simply enjoying time with family, I believe that growth is a lifelong journey.

If you’re ready to navigate change with clarity and confidence, I’d love to support you.
